Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Adomus (adomus.ai), operated by Your eCom Team ("we", "us"). By signing in to or using Adomus you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Adomus on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

2. The service

Adomus is a Meta Ads management platform: it syncs advertising data from Meta ad accounts you connect, analyzes creative performance with AI assistance, helps you plan and generate new ad creatives, and — when you explicitly choose to — creates ads in your Meta ad account or exports them for upload to Meta Ads Manager. Adomus also integrates with your Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets to store assets and collaborative documents in your own Google account.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• Access to Adomus is by invitation. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You may only connect Meta ad accounts and Google accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Adomus.

4. Acceptable use

• You are responsible for the ads you create and launch, including compliance with Meta's Advertising Standards and all applicable laws.
• You may not use Adomus to create misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful advertising content.
• You may not attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, or resell access to Adomus without our written permission.

5. Third-party platforms

Adomus depends on APIs operated by Meta and Google. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes to, or unavailability of, third-party APIs, and platform rate limits may temporarily delay data syncing.

6. Fees

Adomus does not currently charge fees. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, pricing will be communicated in advance and no charge will apply without your agreement.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Adomus software and brand. You retain all rights in your data and in the advertising content you create, including AI-assisted creatives generated at your direction. You grant us the limited license needed to process your content in order to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

Adomus is provided "as is". We do not guarantee advertising results — ad performance, delivery, and spend outcomes depend on factors outside our control. AI-generated analysis and creatives are assistive and require your review before use. Adomus is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Google LLC.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or advertising spend, arising from your use of Adomus. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or USD $100 if you have paid nothing).

10. Termination

You may stop using Adomus and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete Adomus Account, or see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Sections 7–11 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Your eCom Team is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes and contact
