1. Who we are
Adomus (adomus.ai) is a Meta Ads management platform operated by Your eCom Team ("Adomus", "we", "us"). It helps advertising teams analyze the performance of their Meta ad accounts, generate new ad creatives, and launch ads. For any privacy question or request, contact us at business@yourecomteam.co.
Adomus is a business tool. Access is limited to invited users and their team members — there is no open registration.
2. Information we collect
Account information
- When you sign in with Facebook (Meta) or Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from the provider.
- We store the OAuth tokens those providers issue so Adomus can act on your behalf (for example, to sync your ad data or save files to your Google Drive). If you provide a Meta system-user access token manually, we store that as well.
Advertising data from your connected Meta ad accounts
- Campaign, ad set, and ad structure — including names, budgets, bid strategies, and ad set targeting configuration.
- Ad creative content — ad copy, headlines, images, video content, thumbnails, and links.
- Performance metrics — daily spend, impressions, clicks, purchases, conversion values, and custom conversion events.
Content you provide
- Brand assets you upload or ask us to import: logos, fonts, brand book PDFs, moodboard images, product catalogs, and information scanned from your own website at your request.
- Competitor ads you save to the Inspiration Library for research — images and related metadata.
- Ads and strategy content you create in Adomus, and the email addresses of team members you invite.
Technical data
- Session cookies to keep you signed in, and browser-local preferences (such as your selected ad account). We do not use advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or third-party marketing cookies.
3. How we use your information
- To provide the product: performance dashboards, creative libraries, reports, and team workspaces.
- To analyze your ad creatives and generate new ones with AI assistance (see section 4).
- To create ads in your Meta ad account and to save documents, spreadsheets, and creative files to your Google Drive — only in response to actions you take in the product.
- To provide support and maintain the security of the service.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising to you or anyone else.
4. AI processing
Adomus uses AI models to analyze and generate advertising content. To deliver these features, the following content may be processed by our AI providers — OpenRouter, Inc. and Google (Gemini API):
- Ad copy and creative text from your connected ads;
- Ad images, video frames, and audio transcripts extracted from your ad videos (video files sent to Google's API for processing are deleted from the provider after processing);
- Brand materials you provide (logos, brand books, moodboards, product images) and content from your own website;
- Competitor ad images you save for research and analysis;
- Aggregated performance data used for analysis and strategy.
These providers process the content in order to return results to Adomus, under API terms that restrict use of submitted content to providing the service.
5. When we share information
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — we call the Meta Graph API with your authorization to read your advertising data and, when you explicitly launch an ad, to create campaigns, ad sets, and ads in your ad account.
- Google — with your authorization, we create and update files in your own Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets, and share asset folders with your team members.
- AI providers — OpenRouter and Google Gemini, as described in section 4.
- Infrastructure — our application is hosted on Vercel and our database is hosted on Supabase.
We do not share your data with any other third parties, and we have no analytics, advertising, or data-broker relationships.
6. Data from Meta platforms
Data received through Meta's APIs is used only to provide Adomus to the user who connected that data, in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not use Meta platform data for any other purpose.
7. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your Adomus account exists. When you delete your account, your personal information, stored tokens, and all synced advertising data are permanently deleted from our database — see our Data Deletion instructions for details and for what happens to files stored in your own Google Drive.
8. Security
All data is transmitted over TLS and stored with infrastructure-level encryption at rest. Access to production systems is limited to authorized members of our team.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can delete your account and all associated data yourself at any time (Settings → Delete Adomus Account), or contact business@yourecomteam.co and we will respond to your request within 30 days.
10. Children
Adomus is a business product and is not directed to anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify active users in the product.
